Primary Ranks
Alpha Female: Kipxin
Alpha Male:
Secondary Ranks
Beta Male:
Beta Female: August
Lead Guardian
Lead Hunter:
Lead Healer:
Lead Scout: Whisper
Tertiary Ranks
Guardians: Collum, Nanakin, Exa
Hunters: Lynn, Echo, Aiyana
Healers: Bain, Daisy Victoria
Scouts: Sigurd, Rhythm
These ranks are given in the order of Pack Hierarchy. The primary ranks are equal, in the secondary ranks the Betas are higher than the leaders of the groups, obviously tertiary ranks come in last, but each is essential to the pack.
Alphas: The alpha's lead the pack, they make final decisions. The alpha is the highest wolf and is greatly respected (sometimes feared) by all of the wolves in the pack. The alphas word is almost the equivalent of law, they have the power to ban members from the pack and also welcome members at the border. The alphas are also strong in the site, they can accept your biography and ban you or suspend you from Mercy. If you have any Questions you can pm the alpha or any moderator.
Betas: The alpha's right hand wolves they hold much of the same power. They can accept you into the pack and they can make many of the decisions for the pack to function. Betas are trusted by the alpha and if the alpha is absent the betas will help run the pack until the alpha returns.
Leaders: Leaders are generally more senior members of their group. They can work with the betas and will often manage their groups. Even though their power is not equal to that of a beta they are wolves to be respected. The leaders still carry out the jobs they have.
Guardians: Guardians are the fighters of the pack, or defenders. As their name suggests they protect Mercy from intruders and meet new members at the border. If there are pups the Guardians will watch over them. Along with patrolling the territory they are responsible for marking the territory. Because of this most wolves respect guardians.
Hunters: Hunters do the bulk of the hunting for the pack. They will often make the most kills and are responsible for the feeding of the pack. Other wolves may participate in hunts but for the hunters it is their job. Because of this most wolves respect hunters.
Healers: Healers collect herbs and heal injured wolves. It is a healers job to make sure each wolf is healthy and to treat injuries. The healer while a tertiary rank is respected because of this.
Scouts: It is a scouts job to explore the territory. Scouts will spend time watching mercy territory and reporting anything suspicious. Scouts will also alert hunters to places where prey is or has passed by and mark the borders and alert the guardians to any movement or possible threats to the pack. Scouts like all wolves are respected for the work they do.
Regardless of rank we are all members here on Mercy and it is important to respect every single other player.
*Note: Ranks are based on seniority and loyalty to the pack. If you want to move up a rank or change ranks then ask a mod. If you are a senior guardian you will most likely not be made lead hunter. Leaders must still do the work that they did (lead scouts must still scout) they are simply more respected. If you are unsure what rank you want then post your bio and then the Mods will make a suggestion based on that bio. When asking for a rank it is suggested that you ask for a tertiary rank, because if you do not then you will most likely not recieve the rank of your choice.
