Nanakin watched everything happen and shook his head. Other wolves were annoying and confusing; why they were being so mean to each other he would never know, and he was not sure he wanted to. He was happy the way he was, even if he wished at times he could be smarter. He looked at Echo nervously hoping she knew what to do. He certainly did not, and it was embarrassing, even though he rarely knew exactly what to do. Thinking this over he suddenly got up as Echo did the same and invited him on a run. Anything to get out of this weird situation he nod his head and then stumbled over his words "yass, uhmm" His tone was now more subdue "Yes." He was glad though to get out of it. This entire thing was just confusing to him a big jumble of words that did not make much sense to him. He liked real wolves like Echo who said things that they meant and what they meant made sense. And they were usually nice, unless you deserved it. He shook his head he was assuming, maybe though that was a good thing if she was going to be a good wolf. She would be a good wolf until she proved him otherwise.
Looking around he followed Echo, and wondered where she was leading him, but he did not say a word he hoped that it would be someplace amazing. He did not worry about the others as they were far in the distance and he followed Echo off to explore and have fun like when he was a pup and was not expected to understand things like 'know better' and 'be smarter' and 'do what's right'. They were all things that confused him and made him glad that he left his pack. He was good here. He was happy here. Wagging his tail he trot along with a good pace for his bulky frame his tongue lolling out slightly in gladness.
He did not know the words but the male wolf was a little happy and a little love struck by the beautiful and amazing in his eyes at least she wolf that was there in front of him that it made the smile that he sometimes wore something more true than a goofy one. It was hard to gauge whether it was true love, but he was struck by cupids arrow and whether the spell would continue to work was something of the future as far as he thought. She wasn't really sure where she was going, hopefully she would stumble upon something interesting, but who knew. Soon she had noticed Nanakin's foot steps behind her which made her grin like crazy. Was he actually interested in following her? Slowing her pace she allowed herself and him to walk shoulder by shoulder; she wasn't in a rush because a large part of her wanted this moment to last for a long long time. Twitching her ears, she noticed how much she could be herself around him without fearing he would laugh at her imperfections. Swinging her tail to the side slightly she felt a mist of openness and happiness fall upon her shoulders. He wasn't the type that judged her about how different she was from others, but instead welcomed her unusual traits. Inside, Echo felt like running in circles chasing her tail of how happy she was especially around Nanakin; really if she thought about it, she felt more open around him than anyone else she had met. Did he feel the same about her? Did he feel comfortable around her? She hoped she wasn't the only one feeling these feelings and much more. "Great! You came along!" She chirped finally bring herself out of the depths of her thoughts. Looking at Nanakin, she let are large smile cross her face. "I thought I would have no company." She really did appreciate him tagging along. But there was one tiny problem.. where was she and him going? She had absolutely no idea and the thought of disappointing him with nowhere to go made her fur on her snout stand. Maybe he had a subjection? But why would he, she invited him on the small tour of this land. Geez, she should have thought this out better.
Suddenly Echo had somewhat manage to lose her footing after not watching where she was stepping making her stumble over to the side; her legs in a jumbled mess, she braced for the worse. Though when she landed, she wasn't sure what.. but it wasn't the ground that's for sure it was rather warm comforting, strong muscles; it was Nanakin. Eyes still closed tightly she was too afraid and relieved at the same time to open her eyes. She managed to say a few words. "Am.. I dead?" Though she was shocked of what happened, she tried to hope for the best she hadn't knocked whatever she fell into over. She was too much wrapped up in the moment and caught off guard to know she crashed into Nanakin.

ooc: I'm not sure if you guys want Echo and Nanakin to continue? Then when Rhythm gets back, it can continue like a regular Rp.

A small surge of wind tugged at Rhythms thick coat of fur as head paused for Whisper to respond back. Bearing in mind how unpredictable her comments to be he wasn't sure what she would say next; something admirable? Or something unreasonably low, it made it hard for him to know what would come out her mouth next. She had no particular pattern which was what the most unsettling part about her. At first, he was truly unacquainted to her two sides until she began to talk to him showing a side of her that looked like a mask rather than her true personality. She must've had rehearsed it extremely hard to gain such a skill in being the master of disguise and she had seemed to pull the wool over a lot of wolves eyes. She had almost actually fooled the male wolf but almost wasn't good enough. Everything she showed him was fake, illusion.. It wasn't the real her. For instance, her replies change to much to be stable for a one minded individual. From challenging, to welcoming.. she even tried to act tough around him, trying to break him; he could tell she wasn't really the one to fight, though her actions showed different. Nothing but bluffs; the act of her testing him. Rhythm knew she would love to see him tremble at her paws, giving into her, but he wasn't going to give in to the fair beautiful wolf the way she wanted. Tempting, but he would not give her that satisfaction of pleasure. To be honest here, he wasn't truly sure if his ideas of her were fully true. Not yet at least. He needed more time to get to know her, and try to understand.
As if being so close to her didn't raise his pelt on edge. Whisper clearly didn't know what effect she had on him. She was a beautiful creature; almost perfect if there was such a thing to breath into this existence. She held an almost controlling power over him in a way. He wondered what her true self was. Why did she push so many away who wanted to try and understand her? Did she fear getting to close to someone was bad? In the end, maybe she thought no one really cared for her. He wanted to shake his head in confusion but he held back that urge to do so. If she was targeting him as prey, pegging him to be as dumb as a deer; startled and confused she was clearly underestimating him because he was no brainless prey, nor was she a predator to him. Yeah, she talked smack, in a sneaky manner but could she really back up her remarks? It kind of amazed him how she hadn't been taken down by a dominant wolf. Yet she tried this with him. Was it because she had confidence in him not to hurt her? Maybe she had some bit of trust in him, yet he wasn't really sure he wanted to bet on that aspect of chance. Trust only lead the trustee into being let down and he wasn't ready for that; Trust demanded the true of heart, and strong at will. But was she trying to figure him out also? Heh, bet she is he thought to himself. That made the two of them then. It was nice to know she was trying to understand what rolled around in his head that it almost made him almost bubble up with a laugh of denial. Really, there was nothing really complicated about him. But he wouldn't put her self esteem down. After all, who was he to stop the curious, 'red devil.' ?
Slightly turning his head towards Echo and Nanakin, he noticed the Tawny color wolf looking back at Nanakin to see if he was coming, but he knew better. She was making sure Whisper would be safe around him. He let out a small grin that quickly disappeared within seconds. To those who looked closely, it had looked like the sides of his mouth twitched. Clearly he wasn't going to hurt their, 'Lovely Flower,' Maybe teacher her a few lessons of discipline but nothing to serve. Or maybe none, he surely wasn't sure how he wanted to go within punishing her for what she said earlier either. Whisper made his mind grind it's gears of how he was going to handle her fully. Physical wise, he knew her body surrendered to him; mind wise denied his access. Rhythm wanted her to surrender everything to him, not forcefully but with her own free will. Hoping for this was ludicrous, but he wasn't exactly believing it to be impossible either. He wanted to hear her mind, and if bugging her to the end was the only way, it was no sweat to his brow.
Nothing but an abyss of silence engulfed them, not to long after the she wolf finally decided to speak. It made him wonder what kind wonderful insults she had for him now. Flicking his ears forward, he strained to hear what exactly she said because of how light her voice became. What happened to her tough side? Listening to her, he caught that she wanted to talk over a walk. A walk? He couldn't imagine why she wanted to do that, wasn't here good enough? So it wasn't private enough? He believed he came under the impression she wasn't really too fond of him now she wanted to go somewhere on a walk? She really was an interesting one. But before he could say anything she had gotten up from her place in front of him; her eyes locked on his as she waited for him to join. Taking the lead? Sure, he would tag along. Getting up, he let his tail wag slightly giving her a sly grin before letting his tail fall limp and standing up to a proud pose. "Seems to me..-" he began before circling around her; his pelt lightly touching hers purposely. His voice immediately changed to a smooth tone, "..- You're very eager to go on our first date. Am I right?" He couldn't help but tease her just a bit to see if she would fall apart. He liked to see his opponents fall scrawny, uncertain of what to do with themselves. Falling in place by her side, eyes still locked onto hers he gave he a tradematinal grin.

Whisper kept her gaze in place watching him, thinking about him. She wondered if she was gaining an unhealthy obsession before reminding herself she could not be obsessed as they had only met a little while ago. It felt as if ages had passed, and she had spent a life time trying to figure him out and see him without him seeing her; and only gathering air and false information. Finally she felt as if the interest would escalate and become hard to keep up with when he was around her. He made her heart want to beat faster and he made her want to do and consider crazy ideas that she normally would not. Her eyes wanted to look down at the grass to think about it by herself, allow her time to process as he waited to speak, and Echo waited for Nanakin to understand the hint. The thought made her want to smile, if they were waiting on Nanakin then they would be waiting here forever and a day, she knew the wolf was not very smart, and she did not want to be held up by him. She wondered if Rhythm would respond however while the wolf was still there. Pretending to wait for Nanakin patiently she really was irked on the inside roiling and ready to go and get all of her nerves out as she left these two wolves, and was able to be in new surroundings with new things to notice so that she did not feel foolish for staring at the same things when she could not meet Rhythm's eyes. And she did not see Echo or Nanakin trying to meet her eyes, but they did not understand what was happening completely. Although she knew they must understand something as they had left and they had looked at least a little uncomfortable underneath the electricity of the two wolves who were having a battle of conversation and words. Thinking them more physical she judged that they would understand only if Rhythm decided to try and pummel her in a fight; she would lose, but she might escape. She did not know whether he was light on his paws or not, he did not look it, but as she had found out before, she should not judge him.
She watched gladly as Nanakin finally left, not anxious but glad. She was not a large fan of depending or opening up to others the fact that she might in the slightest way be deceiving them. She actually tried to keep up her act unless the other wolf figured it out. Like Rhythm, her mind turned to him as her eyes narrowed marginally; simply a twitch in the muscles there. He was an enigma himself, and a pretty good actor even if he did not utilize his talents or realize them. She wanted to see who he thought he was. Maybe that was who wolves were, who they thought they were; but how they were perceived by others was just an illusion of sight. An interesting notion she thought. A very interesting notion, one she would have to ponder later. Maybe she might engage this wolf into a more intellectual conversation, that way she would not have to talk about herself, and the entire exchange would be interesting through but pointless and frustrating for him trying to figure her out. It was a good option. She watched him closely as she saw Echo finally leave. She wondered if the wolf was waiting for Nanakin or them, but quickly dismissed the thought; a stranger worrying over her sake? It was not an absurd idea, but she doubted that the wolf's worry would do her much good and she would not be in the habit of depending upon it. If Rhythm decided to try and pull anything then she would react. With this in mind carefully she waited for him to make a decision. He seemed torn, and she was becoming impatient waiting for him while the wind riffle through her pelt and blasted cold air onto her skin, and she resisted the urge to shiver. She loved the cold and the snow, but she wished her winter coat would grow in faster, and be much more substantial, on the other side she guessed that as far as summer went she was lucky. Looking at Rhythm's appearance it was easy to appreciate, but she shook her head internally, where was her head? Getting distracted by a male. She was better than that, she was not very experienced however in three years, but still she should know better than to be attracted to a male, especially one like; searching for a word, her. Someone who she could not understand, and who she could both hate, love, loath, and admire. An problem that she could never solve, but somehow perfect the way it was. She kept her gaze locked with his waiting for him to react. She knew that she had taken awhile, but still she would think he would react faster. She allowed the mountains to come into view. And she wondered where they should walk, a part of her wanted to walk among the mountains. The air changed in the mountains, and she liked the way that they looked; and wanted to see closer. Although he looked strong enough to climb a mountain, she was not sure she wanted to go on an adventure if they were going to have a conversation on the way. This was a large expanse of open area though, they should have plenty of space. She breathed in through her nose, allowing her scent to process, she did not scent any more wolves, but she did not mind that. After Rhythm she was not sure she could handle any more wolves. In fact he was enough, she doubted that she would ever become truly bored for a long time by him; and she did think that that was an accomplishment. At least this had alleviated some of her loneliness.
Although his attention may be unwanted it was still more interaction than she had had in awhile and she felt more content than when she was alone for a long time with the grass beneath her paws crunching and giving under her weight waiting for him. She was almost taken aback but did not show her surprise as he stood up in a proud pose and began to circle her. She wanted to turn, but only swiveling her head and listening to him with apprehension as to what he might say. Hopefully he would not turn a fool as well. Thinking about it for a moment she guessed that it was ok to allow him to hear her heart beat speed up a tiny bit, that way he at least thought her nervousness might be genuine. It was, but it was much worse than she was letting on, but if she wanted to hide the truth might as well hide it in plain sight. Involuntarily she shivered at the sparks that ran up her fur when his pelt briefly brushed against hers and she shot him a look of anger. What right did he to make her react like that? It was her fault, but she was still annoyed at his actions. His words and smile though made her grin. So it was a game, and she did not worry about her grin as she worried about her words. Thinking them over she turned and responded in an equally smooth tone, brushing her fur against his to feel the sparks again "Of course." Then whisking away to see what he might do. To her it was a game, and she was just going to play and lead him on until she wanted to stop. wolves mentioned: All| wolves addressed: Rhythm| ooc: I think we could continue as long as we want|

Nanakin nervously followed Echo in silence; did she want him to do something. He felt weird just following her walk around, maybe they should race. Racing was always fun, it wasn't a hard game so he could understand it. There were rules, and then whoever followed the rules and got to a place first won. It made him glad that he understood at least that, too bad he could not understand other things. Looking at Echo and listening to her he was glad he was here. She was much nicer to listen to than the others. But instantly he was worried over his response. Was it something he was suppose to answer or was he not suppose to answer? Doing what he had found out worked a lot he shrugged his great shoulders as he followed. He trot up to her, but she ended up careening into him; landing with a sigh he felt another weight on top of him and grinned. Goofily laughing he watched as Echo lay there for a moment before regaining consciousness. Her amazing eyes opened and she asked. It made him want to laugh harder as he said "No you're not dead." He knew she was still on top of him but the weight did not bother him as he lay there. In fact he enjoyed it, his fur touching hers. He wondered if Rhythm and Whisper were having as much fun on their trip. Echo soon noticed she had knocked Nanakin over and became embarrassed blushing. She hoped he couldn't see that though.. Why did she find it so hard to leave his warmth, it was hard when the first time she pressed close to him, and it was now but even harder. She wish it could stay like this but she knew sooner or later she had to get off. He was so calm that it happened and when she heard him laugh she was completely flushed. Maybe she could pretend to have made it look accidental to knock him down play fighting. It wasn't the best route but that's all she could manage to brain storm. "Haha, I win." She bark triumphantly raising up over him, though her voice cracked somewhat. She knew he probably didn't wouldn't buy it. "By the way, I totally meant to do that." Twitching her ears she wondered what he was thinking, he could totally beat her in a fight despite her small size compared to him but it didn't bother her because right now she was having fun. wolves addressed: Nanakin. |wolves mentioned: Nanakin.|ooc: | Thanks Whisper! Post Rhythm once more waited in favor of Whisper to respond back wondering what she felt. Did she fall, or was she processing what had happened at that small moment? The element of surprise was a very lethal thing, and if use accurately it could surprise the unsurprisable and even crack the tough at mind. How did she perceive about him being so proximate to her? He had to test and observe how she would be affected by his presence because he was to all extents curious of how she would coop with his company. Did it make her irritated, upset, confused? All these things banged at the back on his mind and he currently hoped she did not noticed how confused he was. Inside he wanted to just ask how she felt about him but he was reminded how rejection could meddle it's way into the picture and completely destroy his entire existence. No, he would let her to make that venture onto that road. What would a future with them together be like if neither of them could be true with one another? It was almost like he didn't even need to ask himself that because he already knew nothing but disasters could erupt from a relationship like that. Yet he felt himself slowly falling over the edge for her to be his; he knew she was taking him through loops no doubt, but he would be careful trending her tuff. This was her game, all he had to do was simply play along and watch out for the tricks she had in mind if any.
After Echo and Nanakin left he felt a rush of excitement crash over his body; he had her to himself. Sure if he really thought about it, he was thinking in a rather rude and selfish manner but right now, he could care less about that at the moment. Right now, he had a chance to understand her more without interruptions of what he was trying to capture from her. He wondered and drifted through all possibilities and ways he could figure out how to play with her mind. Trying to comprehend her, but in return he would also let her do the same to some extents. He understood she wasn't the one to give her heart away and he knew he was no acceptance but he would keep on until he saw what she was really like around someone she trusted and cared about. His real question was: was he willing to permit her to see the real side of him? Did he even have a side to him.. What sparked her attention in him? His looks, personality or was it neither of these? Was she just the one to play around with others emotions giving them the wrong information and signals? He couldn't put nothing past her because she was so unpredictable to him. A riddle he couldn't completely solve at first glance, yet her eyes told a different story. Rhythm got mislaid within her radiant aura that engulfed his attention. Swiveling his ears for a brief second he noticed leaves falling as a rough breeze of air shook the trees making them clatter back in forth in a rather calming motion.
Looking back at Whisper he noticed his thoughts disappearing from his conscious like snow hitting the warm ground and melting. What could her past have possibly been like to mold her the way she was; tricking wolves into believing that the side she was showing them -- was showing them the correct viewpoint of her, and how she was sought out to be. She became like a desire to Rhythm just that fast. Every opportunity he got, he would gawk at her perfection. She probably didn't enjoy him doing that, but she didn't exactly try and stop him either. Perhaps she knew he wouldn't stop even if she asked him to, and she was right because he wasn't going to stop; he had to figure Whisper out because he doubted she would completely tell him everything or show him.. That was even if she agreed to even show him. But he could understand, he knew not everyone wanted to share their thoughts, nor did they want to blab their hearts out. And maybe that was the connection between them? Rhythm wasn't exactly secure in telling others about his past life either, but if she was willing to share it -- it would be really rude of him not to share his past; it wasn't a matter of trusting, but a matter of returning the favor to one another. However he would have to be leery of her, she could give him the false her, and he wouldn't know the true Whisper.
He finally noticed she was giving him a hard frustrated and angry glare. He couldn't really decipher if it was just because she was mad at him, or just not liking him brush against her like he did, which he somewhat felt like he had accomplished his tedious task of teasing her. When their pelts touched though, he felt like his heart was fluttering and he had somehow became intoxicated by the simple brush of small contact; it made him wonder what a little more contact could do, he couldn't help but grin to himself inwardly at the thought. Rhythm wanted to feel all mushy about that though, but his stubbornness wouldn't allow him to submit to her like that, not by a simple touch of pelts anyway. He wagged his tail slightly waiting for Whisper to respond, and when she did it caught him a bit off guard. Raising an eyebrow he wouldn't have thought her to say something like that, but rather defending herself with saying it was not a 'date'. Was it a date? This threw him off balance but not to the point of frustration, she was simply twisting his words and actions against him and he knew he had not pegged her wrong on the field of being tricky. She then in return brushed her pelt against his before running off. A warm smell entangled itself within his nose of her scent; piney and sweet it was a blissful reminder that she had been there.
Grinning he sprinted after her, she might've got away with that, but he would surely get her back. Soon it dawned on him making him wonder where they were going. "Where are we going?" He barked loudly, but he wasn't sure she heard him. Panting, his tongue begged to roll out his mouth as he ran. Listening to his paws thud to the ground, each stride his muscles compressed before releasing each spring allowing him to catch up just a ways behind. Rhythm wasn't clearly as fast as her, but he could keep up. He wondered if all of this was because she was just too shy to confess her feelings and undying love to him in public. "Are you taking us somewhere so you can confess your undying love to me?" He laughed, and grinned at his remark only a few feet behind her now. He wasn't really able to pass her though and it made him wonder how fast she could really run. wolves addressed: Whisper.|wolves mentioned: Whisper.|ooc: |

A slight smile traced Whisper's lips when no one could see as she sped across the grassy area. It was a nice place to run, and she felt the familiar feeling of her muscles contracting and releasing energy. Her paws hitting the earth in perfect rhythm, and she felt at ease here, as if she could keep going forever. She heard him shout out something behind her and she shook her head. Of course he was trying to do this in his favor, he was losing. Staying slower so that he could catch up she wondered how she should respond. As soon as the thought was in her mind she knew it was perfect. "And yet you're the one chasing after me." She did not put on more speed as she knew he was about to catch up. Besides she wasn't leading him anywhere. He decided to come along, it was his choice. Not that, in retrospect, she did not enjoy his company. She did, she really did, and she wished at this moment, she wasn't sure how long she could hold up with it, that she could spend forever and a day like this. Just being here, just being with him. She felt as if he was being honest, and she liked how it felt, and then shook her head, but she wasn't going to change. Not for one wolf, she wasn't going to get sentimental for one wolf who she barely knew, but the fae was being attracted to the male. She like the way he spoke, and acted, and the way he was both carefree and serious.
She paused, hearing Rhythm come from behind her; she kept her strides long and smooth connected. She wasn't going to race him; yet. That might be an interesting test of speed, but right now she did not want to, besides there was no destination; and if she wanted to explore the entire of this territory she would need her energy. It was large, and while she was fast and had decent stamina she did not have enough to keep going forever. With this in mind she slowed down to a trot, and allowed Rhythm to either bump into her, or keep on running past. Her stride was springy on the turf, and she began to walk, the slight bounce making her feel as if she was gliding. She kept going, wanting to get to the entire territory; even though she knew that she would have to rest somewhere. There was no way she could get through the entire territory in one day. It simply could not be done. She knew the territory spread over a mountain range, so it may take her a week or so to get through even half of it. Sighing, why had she invited Rhythm along? She might be fairly good at conversation, but she knew that if she was going to explore and entire territory she was going to stumble, and she really did not want him laughing at her. She did not know if he would do that, he didn't seem mean spirited, but she felt awkward around him. Like who she pretended to be was never ever going to give off the impression she wanted, and no matter how nice she or rather she pretended to be it was never going to make him think that of her. What did he want? She thought, did he want the truth? The thought made her want to bark out in harsh laughter; was that what he was after? She glanced at him taking her eyes off the path in front of her; he was determined, and strong, and smart, and proud, and she really did like him. She didn't hate him the way that she pretended to, she liked him as a wolf. But she reminded herself as she continued to appreciate him from afar with a glazed look in her eyes, it would not work out between them. Shaking her head on the inside she withdrew her gaze, focusing on the mountains to her side. Allowing her paws to continue to move suddenly she felt air beneath her. Snarling, and muttering out a few choice words she grunted at the momentary impact of the ground. Her paw had sunk into a hole, probably a gopher or other rodent. Snarling she scented. The creature was lucky it was not in its den or else she would have killed it and eaten it. Shaking her pelt off she sighed, why did she have to have tripped? She burned red with embarrassment and was glad that no one could see through her fur, hopefully. She only had to worry about one though, quickly she tried to compose herself, careful to watch for holes in the grass so she did not make the same mistake. She walked on as if nothing had happened even if she felt embarrassed by the incident. Tripping! Why did she have to do it in front of him? Not that she cared; of course she didn't care that she had made a fool of herself in front of him. Why should she care? Her ears flickered back, and she kept her eyes ahead waiting for whatever smart remark he might come up with. This was going to be a pain, and she had no idea how to respond to anything he might come up with. She didn't know what to say, she had not been observing her surroundings and so had fallen. It was her own fault and that only served to irritate her more as she found her claws reaching out to grab at the grass and dirt. Leaving angry marks into the soft ground. Shaking her head, she wasn't going to act like a child because she made a mistake. She was going to be better than that. She still wanted to climb a mountain. At least see what it would be like to be that high off the ground; it didn't even have to be a big one, maybe a smaller one. She just really wanted to try, she didn't thinks he had ever done it, but she heard that it was different up there. That the air was harder to breath, and that you could feel the clouds, and that you could see farther than a hawk could from way up in the skies. She thought it would be simply amazing. She wondered if Rhythm would share her interest or not? Looking at him, he was tagging along so it was his choice to follow her it might be a good way to lose him. She would wait for him though then ask him. She felt awkward speaking right after she had spoken and tripped.
She wondered what kind of things he had done, she had never climbed a mountain; had he? The idea that he was somehow ahead of her irked her, but she was trying to be mature here. She was trying not to give into her emotions that swirled, nervous at being alone, embarrassed by her fall, glad to be rid of all other company, glad to be around him, and she had no idea what to do with any of them. Because with everything happening that she was reacting to it was hard to find a spot for the emotions that any other alternate personality might feel. That anything else would every consider to think or say, so she staid silent and waited for him to say something while she was for the moment speechless. She wondered how others handled having all these emotions and not just shooting them down the moment they appeared. They were crazy. But she had to admit she wasn't entirely sane as well. wolves mentioned: Rhythm| wolves addressed:Rhythm| ooc: you can highlight the word post and then type your first word. The wolf called Echo spoke triumphantly, making Nanakin confused. He thought it was a mistake, but then he understood. It was a play fight, like he used to do. Grinning and getting up he watched how her ears twitched. Then he got into a fighting stance, head down, and paws apart, bracing himself for whatever she would do. Then he barked back glad that he understood what to do "I'm going to win." And then he jumped for her, aiming at her shoulder to knock her over and wrestle with her. Grinning all the time he was glad at the time he got to spend with her. He bet that the others were not having as much fun as he was. Especially not the pair of weird, angry, and annoying wolves that went their own way. He should just stay with Echo forever, he was having so much fun; and he she explained things to him so that he wasn't confused. Grinning at playing he put all his energy into spending time with the she wolf. He wanted to make her happy. Wolves addressed: Echo Wolves mentioned: Echo, Rhythm,Whisper

Post Echo noticed Nanakin get up from beneath her and also take a stance into participating in her childish games to. At first, she wasn't sure how he would react, but now she saw he is in fact happy to engage her in a little play fighting. A grin crossed his face and Echo couldn't help but smile. If he thought she would let him win that easy, think again. She watched how he got into a fighting stance, ready to engage in combat then listened to him saying he would win. True, he might but she was going to put up one heck of a playfight before she went down. Getting into a fighting stance herself, she let her paws spread in front of her lowering to the ground. "Haha, well see!" She barked happily, then the white wolf charged for her and she let out a playful growl as he plunged for her shoulders. She was a bit clumsy on avoiding the attack so when she tried to spring away from the attack she had Lost her footing in front of her and tumbled over. She wanted to laugh out loud at her actions but instead held it in. She couldn't think of a time she had been more happy with Company. With Nanakin she didn't have to really worry about being cast aside, or picked on. wolves mentioned: Nanakin. |wolves addressed:Nanakin. |ooc: |

Post Still Rhythm had no idea where Whisper was taking him or planning to take him, maybe it was nowhere but it was pleasurable to be able to scamper around this territory unleashing energy that have been building up inside him ready to be let loose, and enjoying every single scent and smell that lingered into his large nose leaving a small reminder of how the lack of restrictions felt; no guidelines or regulations. It was just him being able to have a chance to let nature clinch him into the warm welcoming arms. He could do what he wanted, when he wanted and go anywhere his mind told him to go without hearing boundaries to his marveling soul. Rhythm was not in the least bit the one who wanted to stay cooped up, because he sensed it made him spiritless; soulless to the world around him unaware of the beauties. Despite that, why was he considering for a pack, wasn’t that just like being imprisoned? As Whisper began to lower her haste, he was able to gain some ground almost a tail length away now. Exactly how did she take to his inquiries, were they meaningless to her, thoughtless? Heeding in on what she said his ears perked up hearing her whole response. Raising both eyebrows, a grin dares to push its way on his lips. She was definitely a tough nut to crack and he began to wonder why he had really, really been chasing after her. Did he want a little more from her then the truth, could she possibly give him more and in return he would do the same for her? Shaking his head to flatten the hair rising on his snout a small effortless grin placed across his dark lips as if trying to hide his emotions. A feeling of uncertainty slowly began to creep up in his stomach and he felt any moment it would engulf him to certain doom. How long could he hide his growing feelings for a wolf he barely even knew? Weren’t those feelings for those who knew each other for a great amount of time? Who knew, and he certainly wasn’t in the least of mood right now to try and figure that out. Observing Whisper slowing down for him to catch up, he felt almost winded. If that had finished him gasping for air he would hate to see how things would play out if she decided to challenge him in a race. Inhaling deeply in his nostrils, he shivered at the mere thought; though it was probably the only thing she would probably beat him in, she would totally wipe the ground with him, leaving him in the dust completely. If he began to think about it, he knew so little about her – so little about her strengths. What strengths did she have? Well at least he knew one, and that was beating the pure living soul out of him at running. Letting out a small snort, he laughed at himself as if trying to ease his mind of being defeated in a one on one run with her. Soon a rough hit collided with Rhythms front shoulders; not knocking him completely off balance but being enough to wipe him out of his wandering thoughts. When did she stop running? Quickly regaining himself, he exhaled quietly. She had his mind to the point where a simple incorrect move of not paying attention to his surrounding would make him flip over everything in his path; including her. Stopping away behind, he let Whisper gain a few feet in front of him before starting a slow steady pace. Grass began to tickle underneath his pawpads and scrap against his thick pelt below him. He loved the way it felt to be alone in nature; the way the grass tickled his nose, and the way the wind tugged at his coat leading him to unexplored places, the scents and smells that pulled his attention away from troubles he was feeling. It was like a cure to him, it took away worries that refused to leave, acting like bugs that ceased to want to leave him alone, at least that was a good way to describe it. Lifting his head, his ears twitched slightly noticing he had let Whisper set some distance between them. Maybe she was showing the true side of her all along, but little by little giving him small clues which would lead him up to the ultimate understanding of her. Rhythm poundered if this was correct, but he didn't feel safe on that certain bet. Leaving it alone, he gave his tail a slight zig-zag montion, he would bother with that later.
Catching up side by side with Whisper, his and her pelts almost held a nonexistent distance; sneaking small pelt brushes as much as he could he signed happily enjoying each spark that ran through him. Maybe it was payback from earlier? No, what he had in mind wasn't going to be something so simple and petty like that. Yet he still liked the way it felt. What was she thinking now? Noticing her glares at him from his peripheral vision he just kept his eyes forward hiding a small smile. He felt like he could accomplish anything, just if she was by his side encouraging him to move forward. He felt like he could even take on the impossible of things, but did she feel the same about him? Only time would tell.
Nothing but silence continued for awhile before Rhythm almost jumped out of his skin at her sudden outburst. Turning his head to face her, he saw Whisper had sunk in the ground with one of her paws. As hard as he wanted to laugh- and usually would in situations like that he couldn't, instead he stopped feeling concerned. If she was hurt, that meant him having to carry her. A small grin did replace the natural position of his lips as he began to walk turning his head. Clumsy, he took a note of that in his mind, though he wasn't sure why, maybe it could come in handy later on in him bugging her later. Looking around, he began to take in all the beautiful land that was laid before him, mountains stretching up as high as his eyes ventured to go. Never had he had climbed one before, but that surely wouldn't stop him from trying. As Whisper caught up, he gave her a sideway glance before smirking. Opening his mouth, a small teasing voice came. "That was one heck of a trip, Miss Whisper. Is that something you specialize in?" He let a moment of silence pass by before finishing what he had in mind, "Heh, not to burst your bubble here, but we can't afford you getting hurt by a mere tripping in a rodents hole. You know I'm still looking forward to that small confession in a very private place, and if you're hurt, that means I'll have to drag your butt around, which we'll get nowhere from that." He then bumped into her shoulders playfully before pulling away. No matter how hard he tried, he always had to find a way to mess with her. Stepping over a small hole, he perked his ears, eager to listen to her response. wolves addressed: Whisper. |wolves mentioned: Whisper. |ooc: |

Whisper wondered when he was going to comment, or if he would allow it to go unnoticed. That she highly doubted as she continued to walk on. Her mind was blank as she took in the area around her, she wondered what kind of places this mountain encompassed. It was a vast territory, and she hoped that she would be able to explore the whole thing. This area thought was wide, and without trees, she wanted to sprint across it and tumble and play in it. But with whom; with Rhythm? Shaking her head. She knew that wouldn't be the best idea. He would knock her over flat. But it would still be fun.
She paused, keeping her stride walking forward; still feeling embarrassed and yet waiting for his words. She felt her control slipping as she descended into slight humiliation and more prominent anger; she reminded herself to stay calm. She needed to stay calm and not lose control. She sighed, quickly. She could feel the electricity pulsing up through her fur and struggled to keep laying flat. She hesitated keeping going. Her paws carefully placed in front of the other as she made sure to avoid any holes that might be here. She could see where the grass began to go away. She sighed, she wondered if they could skip that part, and travel the mountains through that place. Without consulting Rhythm she began to turn slightly towards the mountains. Her gaze fixed on them and she couldn't wait. She almost was tempted to race there, but it was going to be a few miles, they were huge; and she burned with excitement, but she knew that she was walking so that he could keep up and to save her strength for later. She felt the grass beneath her paws, but it was a little frosty, and she was glad that winter was here. Even if it was cold, she loved the way the snow was so much fun. Sighing fun if you had someone to play with and then pant in a large den with. She shook her head to stop thinking about it. There wouldn't be any of that around here. None of it. Looking back at Rhythm she smiled internally. She felt like even when he laughed he did so in a good nature way, and she never felt that her nervousness was foolish when she was around him with his easy ways. She wondered if she could ever be like that. It would be fun; not caring, but how not to care. That was complicated, and pointless. As soon as she didn't care about her own feelings they tended to get hurt. He would only leave, or go with a pack; and a pack wouldn't want a wolf who they couldn't trust. And she wasn't the most trustworthy. Besides, she wasn't sure she could handle being around wolves who lived out life in ranks for any period of time. And besides, life as a loner was not as bad as she thought it would be; at least not as bad as she thought it would be when she was alone. Alone, the words seemed to be perfect, it was beautiful. The way the grass was still here, dying as the cooler weather came in. Looking at Rhythm she wondered if he felt the sparks that curled up her fur whenever they were close. She looked at his oddly colored eyes, she had seen wolves who had two eye colors; but she hadn't thought about it much. They were stunning, and she couldn't deny the physical attraction, he was a handsome wolf, but she wasn't sure if she could ever put up with him. It just seemed like it would all be one act, and she wasn't sure if she was going to be willing to drop her guard down around him. But she knew that if she wanted to try she would have to. Still the idea was frightening. And she did like who he was, she knew it was foolish for her to withhold from him when he was already being fairly honest with her. Still she would not be willing to give up after only a small time with him. She could consider it, maybe this loop around the pack lands would be a good opportunity for her to figure out; that was if he stuck around. She wasn't sure if he would, seeing as she probably wasn't the most pleasant company to keep. She wondered if she should try to be, but that would be another act. And she didn't want to be stressed out when she was here and exploring and having, well...fun. She loved it here. The way there was nothing in her way, or telling her what to do, and she also knew that it would always be there for her. She would die before the earth did, it would always be there for her. Dependable. And she could be free, with no expectations or deceptions here. She could run, and cry, and howl, and smile, without anyone thinking her weak, or smart, or stupid, or strong, or foolish, or wise. It was just utter acceptance, but it still liked to joke with her, and play cruel tricks on her. And at times she hated it. She wondered if that's how Rhythm was? Why were all of her thought circulating around him. She needed to get her mind focused. She could feel her paws itching to go explore, and yet her strides were kept short so her fur continued to brush up against his.
Suddenly he spoke, and she had to blush slightly. Why did he have to bring that up? It was an accident, and they happened to everyone. She shook her head, and then thought about it before barking out a laugh. "Well now good sir; I don't think it'd be right proper for me to head off with a gentleman alone." She shook her head before saying "And as for that little trip I do believe that it was you who was distracting me." Then she whisked her tail back and forth, brushing it up against his fur. And laughing out loud, like she was trying to get the mountains themselves to listen. She looked towards him, her gaze less nervous as before as her eyes took on a new light meeting his. She rather admired her southern accent. She thought it had worked rather well. She had met a few wolves with that manner of speaking, and she thought that it was a very interesting way to speak. Much different than she thought normal wolves spoke. Couldn't be helped. It was a nice way of speaking. She wondered where Rhythm came from. But chose not to ask, because she herself didn't want to answer that question. She wanted to know a lot of things about him, but she guessed that they would have time to get to know each other much better. For some reason the thought did not bother her as much as she thought it would, or should anyways. Thinking some more she wondered what the mountains would be like. Hopefully they would not be too cold, seeing as she did not want to be freezing her tail off with Rhythm, he had a nice thick coat, and wouldn't be cold, but she knew that she might freeze; and having to back down while he kept going would be embarrassing to say the least. In fact she might not do it even if she was freezing, which would be more foolish than she usually was, even when pride was involved. Still she wanted to climb a mountain, and she continued to carefully guide her paws through the beautiful scenery. Feeling much more easy now that she could feel the grass moving beneath her paws, and could hear the wind whooshing past her ears, and a surprising thing was she felt more secure as Rhythm's pelt brushed up against her own.

Nanakin immediately turned around as he saw the Echo fell, he hadn't meant to hit her that hard. Was she okay? Wandering over to her, he nudged her with his nose, a good natured grin still on his face. Then smiling he asked "Are you okay?" He stayed alert, he knew she was alive, but he hoped he hadn't hurt her. He thought that she could dodge it. But maybe he was being klutzy, he had a tendency to do that. If he hurt her then... He whimpered a little bit. He was confident that she would be okay, because she wasn't bleeding and she was still breathing; but he hoped that she would still like to be around him. He really liked her, he liked being near her. Whenever he was around her it seemed like everything was brighter and more vibrant. Like the world didn't expect so much so much of him that he couldn't give; and she only liked him for he was, but still helped him when he wanted to get better. He grinned, still hoping that she would get up and be fine. Whining a little bit he waited for her to get up, and maybe pounce on him. He just hoped that she would be okay.
